Have you got always more to do, never enough time to do it, and no time to calm down?
If you do just one thing, spend just 15 minutes more, you will be finally able to relax, right?
This is not going to happen. Your to-do list will grow and you will feel like you could do more and better.
Having such feeling, and being stuck, is a sign that it is time to stop. Take a break and disconnect for a while. Let it be even 30 minutes, or one day if you are lucky. Sit down, twirl your hair a bit, and a solution to cut on tasks will come.
